1. What is your return and exchange policy?

MINIMALIST.MML accepts return or *exchange of domestic purchase in Hong Kong  within 14-day after the date on which you place your order. This excludes items purchased in sales or pre-order. The items must be returned to us in their original condition and packing including all accessories and tags in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Original receipt must be shown and enclosed in the returned package. Only 1 exchange can be made on each order. Refund cannot be made if an exchange has already been approved by us. 

Items which have been used, with stains or scratches, cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty when you receive it or incorrectly supplied.

Some items such as earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, in this case we will specify in the product description.

*MINIMALIST.MML only accepts exchanging an items with the same style (but with different size or color). If you wish to exchange for another style, please apply for the refund process and then purchase the item you want on our website.

2. How can I return or exchange an item?

To facilitate the return or exchange process, please read the following instructions:

  • First, please fill in the contact form on our Contact Us page or send us an email at minimalist.mml@gmail.com and specified the title as "Request for returns or exchanges - [Your Order No.]" 
  • We will get back to you through email very soon and provide you with a return form including all information you need to return or exchange an item.
  • After filling in the return form, you can ship the item via S.F. Express (順豐速運) to the stipulated address on the return form with the original invoice and the return form. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you pay by bank deposit, then a cheque will be issued for the amount to be refunded and it will be sent directly to your address. Should the cheque be lost during mailing, please contact us for further arrangement. 
3. When can I receive the refund?

After the approval of your refund, your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. Regarding the refund for bank deposit, the cheque may take 2-3 working days to reach your address after approval of refund. 

4. Do I need to pay the shipping fee for returning an item?

Yes, you need to pay the shipping fee on your own for returning the item to us unless the item is faulty when you receive it or incorrectly supplied.

5. Do I need to pay the back and forth shipping fee for exchanging an item?

Yes, you need to pay the back and forth shipping fee for exchanging an item unless the item is faulty when you receive it or incorrectly supplied. For example, when you purchase an item on our website at first, you can enjoy the free standard local delivery. Later on when you wish to exchange an item, you need to pay BOTH the shipping fee for sending the item back to us and the shipping fee for us to send you the exchanged one.

6. What if I lost the original invoice?

7. What if the returned package is lost during shipping?

We will assist and help you in this case but we do not own responsibility or liability to any of your damage or lost due to shipping of a returned item. In case that the returned package is lost, the refund & exchange will not be processed. Therefore, you should send the returned package via S.F. Express (順豐速運) which is easier for tracking.
