3. Is in-store pick up available?

To keep our selling price low at your best interest, we only sell online now but it is as convenient as shopping offline. We also offer 14-day free returns & exchanges for domestic purchases in Hong Kong. Pop-up store and physical store will be coming soon. Follow our social media for more information.

4. How do I contact MINIMALIST.MML?

You can contact our customer service team through the live chat button at the bottom right corner of the page. This requires you to have and log in to your Facebook account. You can also contact us through minimalist.mml@gmail.com or the Contact Us page.

5. Which size should I wear?

Shopping online at MINIMALIST.MML is convenient. We provide a detailed Size Guide for your reference. You don't need to worry about the items not fitting you well.


ORDERING

6. How can I place an order on MINIMALIST.MML website?

Shopping on MMLHK.com is fun and easy. Browsing through our products and simply click on the image of the product that impresses you, you will be directed to the page describing the details of that item. 

Choose the color or size (if applicable) and quantity of items you want. Click on the “ADD TO CART” button if you want to shop for more products. The products in the cart is available for viewing at the top right corner of the page. 

Click on the "CART" button and confirm the information of the item. Leave your message if you have any request. Calculate the shipping estimate by entering your country and postal code. You will be directed to the checkout page by clicking the "CHECK OUT" button and you will be required to fill in some personal information in order to complete the checkout process. please kindly follow the instructions to place an order.

7. How can I check my order status?

If you have registered to be our member, simply log in to your account and click the order number, the detailed invoice, payment status, shipment status and tracking number are right in front of you. 

If you do not have a member account, we will send you an order confirmation through e-mail after you have placed the order. You can view the order status by entering your email and order number after clicking the "View Order Status" button. After we ship out the items, we will send another shipping confirmation e-mail including a tracking number and name of carrier. An order is fulfilled after we ship out the items.

8. Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been placed?

We tries to process and dispatch all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed. It will be typically within 3 days.

Before we ship out (fulfill) the item as indicated by a shipping confirmation sent to your e-mail account or shown on your account page on our website, it is possible to edit or cancel your order through your order confirmation e-mail or account. After you have cancelled the order, the order status on your account or order confirmation e-mail will be displayed as cancelled. In general refund process takes about 4-7 working days depending on the issuing banks and the full amount will be directly refunded to the debit or credit card used for purchase. 

If the items have been shipped and therefore fulfilled, then you cannot cancel or edit your order. Follow the Returns & Exchanges procedures after you have received the package for your refund. You will be required to pay the shipping fee for returning the item to us. If you need any help, please contact our customer service team.

 


PAYMENT

9. Which payment method does MINIMALIST.MML accept?

We accepts several kinds of payment for domestic purchase - i) direct credit card / debit card payment, ii) bank deposit through Hang Seng Bank, iii) FPS / PayMe. For international purchase outside Hong Kong, only payment i) is available.

There is no service charge imposed. There may be, however, service charge or currency conversion charge imposed by your card issuing bank. By paying through bank deposit, you can either transfer online or by ATM. Please keep the receipt or reference number of the payment in order to facilitate the process.

10. Is it safe and secure to pay on MMLHK.com?

We place tremendous emphasis on the credit/debit card information of our customers to prevent fraudulent use of the information. We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. 11. Do I need to pay sale tax when purchasing on MMLHK.com?

No. All of our items on MMLHK.com are sale tax-free as we are based in Hong Kong.


DELIVERY

12. What is the cost and duration of delivery?
We ship all orders by S.F. Express. Delivery cost will be charged upon parcel collection. S.F. Express will notify you through sms or mobile phone once the package reaches the stipulated address.

If you are from other countries, the delivery charge will be based on the total weight of all the items you purchase which can be calculated using shipping fee calculator on the cart page. The following delivery duration applies:

MINIMALIST.MML currently delivers to over 70 major destinations over the world to meet our customers' needs. When you are checking out, you can select the country in the list.
